We review the portfolio, verify the registration status of products, and set up the documentation and contractual framework of the cooperation, including supplier qualification under our quality system.
- Local regulatory compliance
We ensure compliance with national authority requirements (SÚKL / ŠÚKL), covering distribution obligations, labelling, language versions of documentation and mandatory reporting.
- Distribution network setup
We open access to an established network of hospitals, pharmacies and clinics across Central Europe, allowing manufacturers to enter the market without building their own warehousing and logistics infrastructure.
- Audit readiness
Operations are kept permanently ready for inspection by regulators and commercial partners. Documentation of processes, deviations and corrective actions is maintained continuously.
