Scope and purpose

We process identification and contact data provided through our forms or in the course of business cooperation. The purpose is handling enquiries, performing contracts and meeting the statutory obligations of a medicines distributor.

Legal basis

Processing is based on consent, contract performance, legal obligation or the legitimate interest in ordinary business communication.

Retention period

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, at most three years. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory period.

Recipients

Data is shared only with processors providing IT operations, accounting or transport services, and only to the necessary extent.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
