Regal Pharmacy is a fully licensed EU GDP distributor based in Ostrava. We connect manufacturers with healthcare providers across Central Europe and keep supply running where treatment depends on it.
Supply continuity as a commitment
Our benchmark is availability, not volume. Portfolio, stock levels and logistics are planned so that hospitals, pharmacies and clinics hold the products they need even during market shortages. Critical items are kept at a defined minimum stock level and deliveries are measured by on-time performance.
Regulatory discipline
We operate under a wholesale distribution authorisation supervised by SÚKL and follow EU Good Distribution Practice guidelines. Our quality management system covers supplier and customer qualification, deviation handling, complaints and product recalls. Operations are kept permanently audit-ready.
Infrastructure for the CEE region
From a 3,800 m² distribution centre in the Czech Republic we serve partners across Central Europe. Our own warehouse, a monitored cold chain and an established customer network allow manufacturers to enter the market without building infrastructure of their own.
Professional reach
Distribution is complemented by the THACS educational platform and the professional magazine CALISTA, giving healthcare professionals continuous education and scientific exchange alongside product supply.
