Warehousing

  • Temperature zones and monitoring

The warehouse is divided into separate zones for regular stock, refrigerated products, quarantine and goods designated for destruction. Temperature is recorded by calibrated sensors with automatic alarms and backup power; temperature mapping is repeated at regular intervals.

  • Cold chain

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in validated packaging with cooling inserts and data loggers. The temperature record is part of the shipment documentation and is available to the customer.

  • Traceability and quality system

Batches and expiry dates are recorded from goods receipt through to delivery. The quality management system covers supplier and customer qualification, deviation and complaint handling, self-inspections and recall readiness.

  • Dispatch

Standard orders received before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Handover is documented by a delivery note and a temperature record.

Compliance and quality

Compliance is not a department. It is how we operate.

We work under EU Good Distribution Practice and the supervision of SÚKL and ŠÚKL. Every process is documented, audit-ready and run through a certified quality management system.
